Yes that is a picture of what some little munchkins did to a house around the block from me. I can't believe the parents that let their kids go drop TP all over the place. I hope they get caught and are made to go back and clean it up! How ridiculous!
Oh look one got caught! Looks like she is going to pay the price! I like when justice is served!
Look they might catch up with another.....wait that kid look familiar...oh never mind, I don't know her!
